fees will be cheerfully refunded subject to the following conditions: |

| In order to receive a refund, park reception must
be notified within one hour of check-in that the accommodation is unsatisfactory.
Guests must check out of the park at that time. This is an exclusive
offer for BIG4 Club Members. |
Terms & Conditions - General Bookings
- Bookings are not transferable to other persons
- Occupation of accommodation commences at 2pm
- Check out time is 10am, or by prior arrangement
- Minimum booking periods apply Christmas, Easter and October long
weekend
- Exact units and sites can be requested but never guaranteed
- Cots are available for hire
Deposits
- Time Period - Deposits are required within 14 days from the time
of booking
- Amount:
- Accommodation: $100.00 or the cost of the first night which
ever is greater
- Sites: $20.00
- Christmas: Accommodation: $200.00; Sites: $100.00
- Deposits are fully refundable on cancellation of the booking,
subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
